Hi! I'm April Zilg, and I'm a professional paddle athlete!
Well, I am now. I used to be an overworked couch potato with barely enough energy to walk my dog at the end of the day. It wasn't until I started prioritizing my time that I discovered the athlete inside of me.
There's an athlete inside of all of us, and when we give that athlete time every day to move, grow, and reflect - amazing things start to happen. Whether your goal is to win a Gold Medal or run one mile without stopping - the Athlete Agenda is for you.
My Agenda is to help you prioritize and improve your athletic performance through intention and mindfulness. Take your time back. Write your own book. Stop searching for answers outside of yourself.
